Support Groups

Support for you and your family that comes from the heart.

Support Groups

Recovery and adjusting to life changes after cardiac surgery can take time. It helps to have support following your surgery to discuss your concerns, changes and feelings with others who can help and share your experience. Our support groups help you with these and lifestyle changes such as stopping smoking, managing diabetes, and more.

Please search our Events Calendar for dates, times and locations.
