Hand Therapy
Our skilled hand therapists provide specialize care to restore function to fingers, hands, and arms affected by surgery, disability, or trauma.

Harrison's hand specialists are occupational therapists with advanced study and experience in rehabilitating those with upper extremity disorders. Working with a patient's physician, our therapists provide a continuum of care that often begins within days of injury or surgery and continues through return to work of daily activities.

We offer evaluation and treatment for the following:

  • Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow)
  • daQuervain's tenosynovitis
  • Carpal or cubital tunnel syndrome
  • Dupuytren's disease

  • Conditioning prior to returning to work
Our customized treatment program may include:
  • Comprehensive evaluation and education
  • Exercise programs to increase range of motion, strength, and dexterity
  • Wound and scar management
  • Splint fabrication for prevention or correction of injury
  • Desensitization or sensory re-education
  • Ergonomic modifications and education
  • Training to perform daily life skills
