Harrison Medical Center now offers health and wellness services at the Haselwood Family YMCA in Silverdale. This exciting new partnership is designed to promote overall wellness and encourage our community members to develop healthier lifestyles.

As a non-profit organization, we are committed to all members of the community. Providing education about the importance of nutrition and physical fitness can help reverse the trend of childhood obesity and slow the rise of chronic diseases in our community. Think of our services as a prescription to manage your health and healthcare costs.

Our suite is located on the second floor of Haselwood Family YMCA and services include:

CardioPulmonary Rehabilitation: Phase 3 exercise monitored by our medical professionals

Outpatient Adult Rehabilitation: Orthopaedic PT and OT; work conditioning; functional capacity evaluation; aquatic, hand, & oncology therapies

Nutritional Counseling: Nutrition and diabetes education

Massage Therapy: Therapeutic, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, hand/foot
