Bremerton, WA – Harrison Medical Center recently welcomed the addition of three members to the organization’s Board of Directors.
“These new board members, with backgrounds in patient care and emergency medicine, continue our tradition of having a board with a diverse knowledge to guide Harrison’s vision,” said James Civilla, Harrison’s Board Chair.
On July 1, the Harrison Board welcomed Beau Bakken, Gregory Hoisington, DO, and Ronald Wayne, MD. Bakken is active in his community as Fire Chief for the North Mason Regional Fire Authority. He is also a member of the North Mason Rotary. Hoisington is a pediatric physician at The Doctors Clinic in Silverdale. He is certified with the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Along with serving on the Harrison Medical Center Board of Directors, Wayne also serves as Chief of Staff for Harrison Medical Center. Since 2005 he has served as President of Olympic Anesthesia Services, Inc (OA), which has provided quality medical care to the Kitsap County community for more than 35 years. In his role, both with Harrison and OA, Dr. Wayne focuses his efforts on quality improvement initiatives and encouraging active engagement at all levels of clinical patient care.
“With the mission of making a positive difference though exceptional patient care, we are excited about these additions to our Board,” said Civilla.
