Versant Nurse Residency
We have partnered with Versant, a non-profit corporation, to provide the newly licensed registered nurse with education and training through a residency program. This innovative program prepares new graduates with the experience, skill, and confidence to thrive at Harrison and includes:

• Executive support
• 18-week residency, including evidence-based curriculum
• Individualized preceptor-guided clinical experience, based on Benner’s Novice-to-Expert model
• Self-care and mentor program
• Electronic tracking of competencies via Voyager
