Healthcare Answers — Harrison serves some 70,000 patients annually in two high-tech emergency rooms. In a survey released in 2007, while patients in other Washington hospitals spent an average of 263 minutes, Harrison's average wait time was 200 minutes — more than an hour shorter. Our Silverdale facility's average time was an impressive 155 minutes.

Emergency Care

TourHarrison Medical Center has 24-hour, state-of-the-art emergency services at both its Silverdale and Bremerton campuses.

Bremerton's Emergency Department is a Level III trauma center staffed with physicians and registered nurses certified in emergency medicine and advanced cardiac life support. The facility opened in October 2003 after undergoing a $13 million transformation that included a 19,600-square-foot addition.
